Structural Engineering Emergency Response (SEER) Committee

The State FSEA Board requested that this committee create and maintain a list of qualified volunteers who can be made available to authorities having jurisdiction and their incident managers in need of structural engineering volunteers after an emergency.
Tasks of this committee include:
1. Create list of qualifications for SEER Volunteers
2. Inform structural engineers statewide of the requirements to be a SEER Volunteer
3. Direct structural engineers interested in serving to resources to attain the required credentials
4. Create a list of available qualified volunteers
5. Make the list available to any authority having jurisdiction over emergency operations statewide
6. Maintain the State SEER volunteer list
